The Tizian 5.5 Loader 5-axis milling machine offers you many advantages thanks to its optimized housing and technology. It opens up a completely new machine segment.

A completely new generation of milling cutters combined with the enormous power and distortion resistance of the Tizian 5.5 Loader allow incredible milling speeds with maximum precision. The improved and enlarged 15.6″” touch display in full HD quality rounds off the new and optimized appearance of the Tizian 5.5 Loader. The high-power HF spindle with high-performance inverter ensures a continuous output of 3,000 W and a maximum output of 3,850 watts. The new industrial control unit with modern real-time EtherCAT bus results in better surface quality, precision and, above all, maximum speed.
The suction guide within the Z-axis has been equipped with a wider nozzle geometry. This increases the cross-section by 30 %. This leads to a better extraction performance. The drain in the wet cell was enlarged to 100 mm to improve the coolant drainage. The improved surface coating and shaping reduces dirt accumulation and simplifies cleaning.
