Using this torque wrench the inner matrix is screwed into the matrix housing and set onto the patrix. Inner assembly matrices with blue acrylic inserts should not be used as permanent inner matrices in prostheses, they are intended exclusively for use in the dental laboratory.

Multi Unit Abutment 20° Cone Connection incl. screws

The IMPLA Multi Unit system has been specially developed for occlusally screw-retained permanent and removable bars, bridges, and total restorations.

IMPLA Multi Unit abutments are available in three different angles (0°, 20°, and 30°). The abutments are directly joined with the respective implant via screw connection. This creates a fixed transgingival platform that can be used for all further prosthetic and laboratory measures. The 0° abutments have a pre-fitted screw thread and are screwed into the implant with the long or short insertion key. The vertical Multi Unit screw is used to attach the 20° and 30° abutments to the implant. This screw is screwed in using the long or short 1.2 mm screwdriver. All laboratory components are secondarily secured to the abutment base with the prosthetics screw using the long or short 1.2 mm screwdriver. Aesthura® abutments by Dr. Neumeyer stand out by their special construction characteristics:

They have an advantageously low overall height while still offering a huge retention surface. The abutments have been optimized regarding their performance physiology and feature a nearly perfect anti-rotation protection. When attached to the implant, they ease a cement-free temporary restoration.

These abutments are suitable for almost any indication, especially in cases with very little occlusal space available. Their special surface creates an extremely large adhesive surface towards the individual supraconstruction without having to add to its height.
