Product information "Priti Clean cleaning powder, 200 g"

With priti®clean cleaning powder, you can achieve long-lasting cleaning of the firing chamber: Simply place the powder in the firing chamber and carry out a standard sintering to bind any residues of foreign materials in the powder. If the furnace has been contaminated with coloring liquids, a cleaning firing is particularly important before sintering a pre-colored material for the first time. This avoids unpleasant surprises and the light-optical properties of the zirconium dioxide can unfold reliably.

Contamination of the furnace by foreign materials can lead to unpredictable changes in translucency and color, often green and yellow discoloration. This also applies to joint sintering with other materials, especially if they have been colored manually. Regular cleaning and replacement of contaminated sintering beads is recommended to ensure reliably unadulterated sintering results. A good side effect: removing deposits in the furnace also increases the service life of the heating rods.

Tizian Blank PMMA Splint, 98 mm x 20 mm in 10s bulk packaging
Tizian Blank PMMA Splint is made of a highly pure themoplastic PMMA which is produced following the highest quality standards. The crystal clear, color-stable material stands out with its homogeneity, low plaque adhesion and low water absorption. Tizian Blank PMMA Splint is an economic alternative for the splint technology. It can be be repaired and extended with PMMA acrylics. Indications: Occlusion splints Drilling templates for navigated implantation Lost wax technique in casting technology Processing: Due to the chemical and physical properties of thermoplastic PMMA, there is a risk of melting the material during dry machining and thus smearing the mills. Therefore, it is important to use only single-edged mills. If necessary, the milling strategy must be adjusted with a slower cutting speed and a lower feed rate. The material can be processed by wet machining with PMMA mills in a standard strategy without restrictions.
