For the very first time, this innovation of the coupling tray in the zebris JMAnalyzer+ jaw measuring system (64 bit version) lets you transfer the real movements of your patient into the digital world. The data import into the Tizian CAD/CAM system (by Schütz Dental) is carried out with the patented coupling tray which is used as a face bow for the digital environment. Now, you can use the movement data of your patient with the Tizian Creativ RT CAD software. The name ""Real Movement"" describes it all! This tool of the zebris JMAnalyzer+ lets you exclusively record the real motion curve and the actual position of your patient's upper jaw. In the past, the virtual articulator could merely show the best possible simulation of the motion curve in relation to your patient's data. A recording of the actual state was not possible. From now on, you can record the real motion pattern of your patient and the actual course of motions in the mouth, and transfer this real data into the digital world via Tizian Creativ RT CAD software. The course of the movements is displayed in the software with help of the real jaw movements of the patient. This procedure is especially well suited for the production of fully anatomic (monolithic) restorations, which can be ground quickly and dynamically. The restoration is produced with an oustanding fit based upon the real situation inside the mouth and helps your patient keep a healthy and comfortable bite.  

The occlusal attachment (item no. 522024 + 522018) is used in cases where there is a space issue, such as over bite or deep bite, and also for simpler recording such as articulator settings. The attachment is fixed to the anterior teeth with silicone.

The PS-1 bite fork transfers the NHP (Natural Head Position) which was determined with the Plane Finder system. With help of this bite fork, the zebris systems learn the NHP of the upper jaw in the PS1 articulator. This way, the individual inclination of the condylar path can be detected from the lower jaw movements. The product serves as a connection between zebris systems and the Plane Finder System.

Using this CAD/CAM blank you can mill your wax models and frameworks for moulding. The blank is available in several colors and heights. These blanks are characterised by a very good fit of subsequent work. Indications: Can be burned out as part of the casting technique during production of provisional restorations.
