Multi Unit gingiva sleeve (PEEK), incl. screw
PEEK gingiva sleeve for the Multi Unit System, can be adjusted individually. The IMPLA Multi Unit system has been specially developed for occlusally screw-retained permanent and removable bars, bridges, and total restorations. IMPLA Multi Unit abutments are available in three different angles (0°, 20°, and 30°). The abutments are directly joined with the respective implant via screw connection. This creates a fixed transgingival platform that can be used for all further prosthetic and laboratory measures. The 0° abutments have a pre-fitted screw thread and are screwed into the implant with the long or short insertion key. The vertical Multi Unit screw is used to attach the 20° and 30° abutments to the implant. This screw is screwed in using the long or short 1.2 mm screwdriver. All laboratory components are secondarily secured to the abutment base with the prosthetics screw using the long or short 1.2 mm screwdriver. If the inner matrix is exchanged during a recall, it can be replaced in seconds by a completely new inner matrix, using a specially made torque wrench. Three color-coded inner matrices with standardized shearing force are available. With existing prostheses where the acrylic inner matrix appears too weak, this can be exchanged for the precious metal inner matrix very easily,without having to change the retention cap!

Scan abutment for Multi Unit,
This bowling pin shaped PEEK abutment is excellently suited for digital measuring with optical scanners or laser scanners. The Best Fit-function of the design software is precisely supported by an additional levelled surface.Preparing the scan abutment with scan spray is not necessary, as it is optimally scanned because of its dull whitish color.
